PRIOR TO COMPETITION CHECK IN DATE.---

01. There isn't a complaint department----so keep them to yourself. 
02. Disrespect on boards or in competitions---you are gone. 
03. Competition details are posted--it is your responsibility to achieve them. 
04. Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to a competition. If you are late---you will not participate.
05. Reach out to CW Group Officers/Judges for mentoring and submit questions. 
06. Competitions are on time, not a playground for negative commentary. 
07. You will be booted without warning if you are rude or disrespectful. 
08. Applause-whistle VBs are acceptable during a competition-----(positive). 
09. During the competition please stay seated or in your assigned spot.

10. Do not chatter across the room  'Hi, tc, How have you been?, etc.  (Whisper if you can).

11. Do not announce 'brb, wb, tyt, sorry, bye, etc'.  This disrupts the competition. 
12. The Competition Room will be locked down, once the competition begins. 
13. BOOT = BLOCK 
14. Competition Ties will be discussed by all judges to determine a unanimous decision. 
15. We will not entertain drama, chatter, rumors, or malicious behavior. 
16. GIFTING TO CW GROUP OFFICERS, JUDGES, MENTORS or STAFF  IS NOT WELCOMED OR ADVISED.
